When you can exchange

All products purchased from vulpescorsac.pk can be exchanged within 12 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  1. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The item does not match the original specifications of the product or is not the same as what you ordered.
  3. The item does not fit due to a size issue.

How to raise a request

You must notify us within 5 days of delivery by writing to support@vulpescorsacfashion.com or calling +92 310 5727773 in case you want to raise a dispute.

  • At Vulpes Corsac, we review each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties.
  • A replacement will be sent in case a defective, faulty or damaged item is shipped.
  • For size exchanges, the item must be returned unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
  • You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item (if any) to support@vulpescorsacfashion.com within 12 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

When we can't support a return or exchange

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns and exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Refunds

We have no policy for refunds. However, in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued, which can be availed online only.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

Vulpes Corsac reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock, a declined payment or inaccuracy of pricing.

There will be no return or exchange on sale articles.
